德国画家 阿尔布雷特·丢勒介绍：
　　 阿尔布雷特·丢勒Albrecht Durer (1471－1528) 是德国画家、版画家及木版画设计家。 他出身于德国纽轮堡一个中世纪的工匠之家并生活在艺术家地位最为低下的国度，却成为最出色的木刻版画和铜版画家之一, 他是欧洲最为独立和骄傲的艺术家。作为“自画像之父”，他是欧洲第一位为自己的容貌和身份所吸引的画家，从而成为伦勃朗的先声。他多少已经意识到艺术会使其不朽，却终其一生为死亡正在迫近的念头所追索而无法摆脱肉体将要消失所带来的恐惧。就艺术风格而言，尽管他是意大利文艺复兴艺术的追求者和传播者，但其置身于其中的德国传统却使其艺术多少保留了一点中世纪哥特式遗风，同时又令人惊讶地率先展现出些巴洛克特征。

　　 同达芬奇一样，丢勒也具有科学的头脑，因而曾深研数学和透视学并写下了大量笔记和论著，在透视法和人体解剖学方面，他创作了许多反映社会现实的绘画作品。他同时还著有《绘画概论》和《人体解剖学原理》。他使德国艺术摆脱哥特式艺术的影响和束缚，走向以人文主义思想为指导的现实主义艺术道路。他把当时幼稚的版画艺术推向完美的新阶段。

Albrecht Durer (1471－1528)
　　 German painter, printmaker, woodcut designer and art theorist, Albrecht Durer, was born to a middle-age craftsman family in Nürnberg Germany, May 21, 1471 and died on April 6, 1528. Durer lived in a country where artists’ have lowest social positonon, but he became one of the best wood cut and etcher and a most independent and proud artist in Europe at his time. As the “Father of Self-portrait”, he was the first painter who was attracted by his own appearance and identity before Rembrandt. He had realized that art can make himself immortal,but he couldn’t escape the terror of coming death. Although he was generally regarded as the greatest German Renaissance artist，german traditon makes Durer to hold some hits of Gothicism. At the same time, he surprised people with some Baroque features.

　　 With a scientific brain like Davinci, Durer did some research into Maths and Clairvoyance and wrote a number of notes and treatise. On scenography and anthropotomy, he created lots of painting works which refelct the social reality. He wrote Introduction to Painting and Principles of Anthropotomy.The later was the result of his 27 years of research. He freed Germany art from the influence and control of Gothoic art and pushes it to the road of realism directed by the priciple of humanism. He pushed the childish print to a more perfect stage.
